This was a beautiful clean home, my little family enjoyed the stay. Instructions for check in were easy, clear and we had no problem getting access to the rental. We loved how close the beach access was and how convenient the location is to the restaurants and pier. We would definitely rate this stay at 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very responsive and made it easy to check in and out. The property is magnificent and exactly as described. The location is really great. We will definitely stay here again and it’s highly recommended.

Outstanding view
Overall we had a great trip. The view of the harbor and the Intercoastal is amazing. The only reasons we give 4 stars is the unit could use a little touch up to the paint and the toilet needs a new flapper.

Awesome room with a spectacular view
The room was awesome was even better than the pictures has everything you need super nice and the view is amazing sitting out on the balcony was both beautiful and relaxing would definitely stay here again.

It was great!
The property was great and as described. A short walk across the street, and you are at the beach. There’s tons of restaurants and other things to do minutes from the property, so it’s definitely worth it. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Spectacular Biew
Bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated with chipping paint. The bed has a thick memory foam topper on an old mattress that sags. The view however is fantastic. The facilities and grounds are well maintained.

4th getaway
The condo was nice location, clean and had everything we needed. Would be nicer if it included private beach access to the gulf side. Great location for watching all the different 4th of July firework displays and remaining in the comfort of the condo without dealing with traffic.

The condo itself is dated but had beautiful views of the bay, short walk across the street to beach, spray area outside the condo to clean off, elevator, and the property area was quiet. I would recommend this condo.

Peaceful and relaxing trip
We absolutely loved our little vacation away from home. The room was fabulous. I cooked breakfast every morning with the equiped kitchen and sat on the large balcony and enjoyed the amazing view. During the day we went to the beach right across the street easy walk and access. At night we sat at the pool and watched the sunset and then came up to our rokm and slept in the amazing memory foam bed and pillows. It exceeded my epectations. Would reccomend to anyone wanting a fast get away.

Great condo!
Very clean, quiet place for two of us. It had everything that we needed, and the location was great too. Views both during the day and the night were amazing, especially during this busy seasons since you can see people on the Glow Paddles. Karl, the owner of the place, was super friendly and responsive too. I was a bit worried with the reviews stating this place isn’t clean, but to my standard it was very clean. We’ll recommend this place to friends and definitely find this place again next time we’re in Pensacola. I don’t think you can’t find a better place for the price.
