Jan and Feb 225 per night

212 Via Deluna. Built in 2008, 6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home, full kitchen. The kitchen downstairs has everything that is needed for cooking (blender, mixer, all types pots and pans and cooking utensils). The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. One bedroom on the first floor has a King, two of the bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has two twin beds and there is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. On the second floor there is a full bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a king bed, the king bedroom also has a refrigerator. The House is located on gulf side of Via Deluna. The road that the beach is on, is located directly behind the house. There is a sidewalk next to the house that takes you to the beach. There is a closet downstairs with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, all kinds of toys.

Pensacola Beach 212 Via Deluna
This was our familly’s second year in a row to visit this wonderful beach house. It is in a very safe area, short walk to the beach, spacious, clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, with plenty things you need for the beach (young and old)! We love the furniture on the decks!

The location was perfect. The decor and interior furnishings were very beach appropriate. Loved the easy communication with the owner. We had a fantastic stay!! Would recommend it highly and stay again! What a great beach house!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a 7 minute walk to the closed convenience store. Beach was beautiful and it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice to go for walks around. Would recommend!

Great place for a family vacation
The place was clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. I texted the owner about a slow shower drain and it was fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Great House for families
The property was lovely. We were in town for my son’s wedding and had our other sons and their partners (9 people) there for the long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and room to enjoy each other’s company. The beach is directly across a small road, its walking distance to any number of shops & restaurants. It was clean and Danny was quick to respond when I reached out. Ideal house for a group/family.

Very good location
We rented this place to go to my best friend’s wedding. The place was very spacious and in short walking distance to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Had one issue but contacted the owner and he quickly responded and took care of it. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

This property is just a few minutes walk to the beach. A lot of outdoor space to hang out and play in. The soundproofing was excellent. We were right off the kitchen but could not hear anyone. The owner was very responsive.

This place is amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. It over delivered. If you have questions like i did….it was an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs for at least 10 ppl, beach toys and a wagon, also a cooler and cornhole to play. Beds were comfortable and location was within walking to bars and restaurants. If you plan on getting in the water Bring towels for beach. But honestly this place was beyond what i expected. Rent here. It’s so worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. It was my son's spring break trip and the house was perfect for us. The upstairs room was a hit! An easy walk to all the restaurants and pier. Tons of beach toys and supplies. We really appreciate the amenities in the kitchen as well. We are already talking about when we can go back! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Home
My family and I met from all across the country and stayed here for a week. We all loved it! It was big enough to house 12 adults without feeling crammed in. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Daniel supplies the house with tons of beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, just bring food. The beds were all comfortable for us! The views from the decks are great! We would all definitely stay again. Our favorite restaurants were Crabs and Flounders. We didn’t not care for Felix, none of us did. We usually just made food at the house and hung out. It was nice.

Great Location
Perfect location. Plenty of restaurants within minutes. Check-in was easy. The house was very clean and the floor plan was great. There was plenty of room to lounge with the family and then enough bedrooms for each of us to have our own personal space if needed. The sidewalk leading to the beach access was right beside the house, which was perfect. We felt super comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress on the king size bed. Other than that the house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. I plan to return in the future so I definitely recommend staying here!!
