My family absolutely loved the house. Everyone loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area was a nice space for everyone to relax and visit after a day at the beach. Easy access to the beach. The house had everything we needed! Cissi is a wonderful host. We can’t wait to go back.

Awesome house location!
It’s right on the beach and the house itself is an amazing layout with great views. We loved being able to wake up and walk straight out to the beach. Cissi provided her phone number if we had any questions or concerns and was very helpful with everything!

Convenient Stay!
Super convenient to beach, pool, and tennis courts. Gorgeous views from balconies. The kids loved the bunk room and the master was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed how well stocked the place was from the kitchen to the beach toys and chairs. Made it so much easier with kids. We'll be back!

Beautiful House with lot of amenities!
Cissi was great to deal with. The house was in a great location and slept my family of 8 very comfortably. The house came fully stocked with all needs for the kitchen and lots of games for the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Pensacola area!

Cissi and this property are terrific. The location is perfect for families and the condo is immaculate. Cissi is readily available. We had to get in touch with her during the stay and she responded immediately and resolved our issue with expediency. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Wonderful villa located in a very quiet area. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Pool was good sized and clean. House was well maintained and spacious. Property manager was helpful and easy to access. Would go again.

This place was amazing. Would def rent again. Had everything we needed plus more. So close to beach and pool. Only compliant was frying pans were hard to clean. Other than that it was excellent.

Usually you’ll find the pictures overstate the appearance. We walked in and all went, Wow! Very close to Gulf waters and white sand Panhandle Beach. Quiet location near the Reserve. Pool area close. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was outstanding. It was 💯 as advertised. Spacious, beautifuly decorated and well stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Salty Kisses-Never Misses!
Our stay was PERFECT, and Cissi kept us up to date and informed, from first contact to last. Every amenity (both inside and out, including equipment for the beach), was available for a wonderful, relaxing vaca. The property was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we could not have had a more perfect family trip. Thank you, Cissi! We’ll be back.

We had such a great time! It has the best location. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and we were right next to the tennis court and pool. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room. They had all of the beach things anyone would need, which was a huge plus for us because we didn't have to carry anything. They also had cards and board games that we enjoyed! We will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful property on the best side of Pensacola
Very well appointed beach house. Short walk to the beach. The Beach was never crowded. Pool was close and clean. The Ice machine saved trips to buy ice for coolers. The house is within walking distance to a great restaurant. The owner was very good with communication. The sectional in the living room created great comfortable seating. We have rented homes up and down the gulf coast and this was one of the best.

The Perfect Place - Book it now!
This was the perfect place for our group. The listing doesn’t do it justice, at all. Cissi was an incredible host and made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. The condo’s location was incredible. You basically walk outside and across a boardwalk and you are on a private beach. The kids loved being able to go between the pool and beach. We had another family with us so the two master suites were nice. And the bunk room with 2 sets of double bunk beds was perfect for the kids. We are already talking about when we can return again!

Exceptional Property!
My family loved this property! It looked exactly like it is pictured. Beautiful and very clean! It was very comfortable for us. Everyone loved their bed. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We felt that we had our section of the beach to ourselves. Cissi had everything that we needed in the garage. We did not have to take anything for the beach. We did not need to contact Cissi for anything while we were there, but before and after our trip she was great. I have no doubt she would have been available if we needed her. We would definitely stay here again.
