Enjoy gorgeous views and cooling bay breezes on the private balcony or kick back inside with air-conditioned comfort while taking in the views from the panoramic bay window sitting area. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of counter space and all the. major appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The serving window makes it easy to serve up dishes at the dining table and there's room for everyone with seating for everyone. In the evenings, unwind in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. Wonderful stay!
Nicely furnished, great mattress! Very clean on arrival and right across the street from the beach. Arrival instructions were accurate, easy entry. The call from VACASA after check in was a nice touch. The entire complex has been updated, pool on the sound side was perfect.

Great location
This condo was in a great location! Last one on the strip so beaches were not crowded and convenient to everything. Blinds in master bedroom needs repairing but that’s just cosmetic. Beds were VERY comfortable and condo was very clean. We enjoyed the nice new pool with deck. Will book again in the future!

Great location
This property is on the quiet end of the beach strip, pleasantly accessible to both bay and gulf beaches. Clean and well appointed, the only we really missed was beach towels and beach chairs. Construction had the balconies closed, but they seem like they’d be great spots for tea and cocktails. If you are a beach walker, this is the ideal place.

Fantastic location, needs a few update tweaks
If you are looking for direct public beach access on the quiet end of the barrier island, this is it! Very clean throughout, two handy balconies with chairs, comfortable beds, abundant linens, and a decently equipped kitchen. Owners should consider some minor tweaks as it’s showing some age: a few window covering vertical blinds are missing and broken, dishes are chipped, woven placemats were dirty and frayed - but these certainly aren’t deal breakers for booking this unit.

Overall wonderful!
The only thing I would recommend is some mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable (they are very hard) and a couple rugs for in front of the shower/tub to make it a little safer. Otherwise, we thought it was wonderful! Loved the thoughtfulness of the games and books.

Pensacola Vacation
Went down to Pensacola for a surf fishing vacation with a friend. The condo was super clean and well furnished with dishes and cookware. The condo was larger than it looked in the pictures. The beds were super comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the condo other than to eat a quick lunch and sleep, but I have zero complaints. Vacasa made check in and check out super easy. I would absolutely stay there again.

My mother and I snuck away for a few days to relax and celebrate her 65th birthday! The condo was absolutely perfect - great location and what a wonderful touch to have a free set up of a an umbrella and two beach chairs ! We will definitely be back . ….. The girls from Arkansas.

Aside from a few minute, cosmetic things, this was an awesome stay. Location was great and ideal, clean, spacious space, and I would definitely rent again. If I had just one critique, and I do mean, it’s the only one, I would say the price could be a little lower.

Beautiful Condo
The unit was HUGE. It’s across the street from a beautiful beach. It’s supplied with more than enough towels and other linens. Our mattress was truly comfortable. Bonus that I don’t think was mentioned in the description: there is an elevator and covered parking. Since we were in town during the American League Championship, I wish one of the bedrooms had another television.

Bad communication , beautiful place
The place was clean, cross street from the beach , very roomy and comfortable . But the costumer service wasn’t good , I called 3 different times and the problems weren’t resolved . They gave us a wrong code to get in the gate , the neighbors had to helped us to get in , the 2 courtesy chairs and umbrella weren’t there at all for us, the tv didn’t work for local channels , so we missed our game . They hang up on us one of the times we called .They never called back to try to resolve our issues or to offer anything to compensate our troubles . We asked about early check in or late check out and they said no . So after all, the place is great , but the administration is very bad .

We booked this particular condo because of its description of having a balcony with an ocean view. We looked forward to spending our weekend having time on the balcony during breakfast and lunch and for evening drinks overlooking the ocean. The listing said the balcony would be closed for construction until 30 April and again in November. We checked into the condo on 19 May only to find that the balcony was closed off and we were not allowed to use it because of construction. We had received an email prior that stated the construction would be complete on 30 April and that it was an update. There was nothing to indicate that this construction would continue into May. We were highly disappointed that there was no communication to indicate that the balcony was going to be closed and we paid such a high price to stay here. We were also disappointed that they were only willing to discount half of a nights stay.

Adult family vaca
Lovely place, very clean and neat. Our host Tammy was amazing. There was no hairdryer in the unit so I called and they immediately sent a brand new hairdryer to the condo. Truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Oh My Gosh. We literally had the best week here. The locals that live in the building were so helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, you have the trolley stop right across the street to take you to the busier areas down town but there is a much quieter public beach right across the street . A short drive to the right is the national seashore. We all loved the room, It was everything you need for a week at the beach with your family. I almost don't want to tell people how great this place is, its such a hidden gem.

This condo is so clean! So close to so many restaurants and bars! There’s a trolly stop right in front of the entry! The trolly is free, BTW! Take it to avoid adding to heavy traffic! Our stay here was fantastic!

Hidden Gem!
This condo was the last stop before hitting the Ft. Pickens military sign. It was clean and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even though workers were on the grounds, we appreciated the fact that maintenance and improvements were being made. We enjoyed the stay and location so much, we booked a spring trip while we were still there. Only hiccup is that we do deeply wish that our family dog was allowed.
