Come stay in your "home away from home" with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths in Deep Water Cove with 1200 sq. ft. of living area, a large outdoor pool and free WiFi. Great for families! No-contact check-in and check-out.

Treat yourself and enjoy sleeping in a king-sized bed in the master bedroom that has direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a 2nd full bathroom with one sink and a shower/tub combo. The sleeper sofa opens into a queen size bed so the unit can accommodate 6 adults comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to cook family meals. In addition, there’s a beverage fridge for cans/bottles, a toaster oven and a microwave. For you coffee drinkers, we provide both a Keurig & a traditional drip coffee maker. There’s seating for 2 at the front window, 2 at the island, for 4 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the table.

The condo has basic cable and Amazon Fire TV Stick to access your streaming channels.

The unit has its own large, covered back balcony which is perfect for sipping coffee during sunrise or watching the kids in the pool. In the evening, enjoy a beverage on the front balcony while taking in our beautiful sunsets with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine Bay.

Enjoy WiFi in the unit and also at the pool that is only shared by 16 units. There is an outdoor shower at the base of the south stairwell for rinsing off.

This condo is on the 3rd (top) floor so you won't have anyone walking above your head! There are 2 stairwells-one on each end of the building. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Each unit is only allowed 2 cars to park on the property. There is 1 reserved parking space. A 2nd vehicle can park in a marked Visitor's space on a first-come/first-served basis but there's plenty of free parking across the street at Casino Beach. There's no need to worry about beach traffic because you'll be walking distance to Gulf of Mexico, over 15 restaurants, over 10 bars, over a dozen shops, Laguna's and Quietwater Beach Boardwalk. Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier are just across the street. For those with small children and want calmer waters than the Gulf, a short walk away is Santa Rosa Sound.

We are one of the few rentals that provide guests with a washer and dryer so it's easy to keep clothing clean during your stay.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels & beach umbrella. There are many companies on the island that rent scooters, golf carts, bikes, paddle boards, water equipment, etc.

-Minimum age to rent is 25. No exceptions.
-A signed Short-Term Rental Agreement and copy of a government issued ID is required.
-Vrbo offers optional choices for Property Damage Protection for accidental damages as well as Travel Protection due to illness or injury. We do not collect any damage deposit amount up front but you can be charged up to $500 via Vrbo's damage claim system if you or your guests cause damage to the unit. If damages exceed that amount, they will be billed to you directly.
-This property is not available for long term rentals.
-This property is not handicapped accessible. -The property has a private dock and sand area on Little Sabine Bay for use by residents and guests only. Slips are privately owned and not available for rent.
