Perfect 2br/2ba condo between beach and bay
Nicely decorated, very comfortable, and extremely clean condo in a great location on the bayside, beautiful balcony view, just across from the beach and not far from many restaurants and attractions. Very spacious condo with all the necessities for spending a vacay here. I would definitely go back and recommend this even for 2 couples or small family.

Cozy Beach Getaway
We stayed here during the Beach Brawl competition. The condo looks out over the bay and has a really nice porch to take in all the beauty. It's definitely a cozy size, so I would recommend for 2 couple at most, or 5 friends. The only thing that could've been better was the quality of the pull-out couch mattress. It could really use some updating and was not comfortable. Other than that, the complex was really quiet and great distance to the beach restaurants. Would stay here again.

Satisfactory for a short stay
Condo met our needs for the 2 nights we stayed, however I probably wouldn't stay for longer. We enjoyed that parking was close to unit, we had a beautiful view of the bay, and were just a few steps from the beach. Exterior of complex needs freshening up. We saw cockroaches on the exterior. The elevator smelled like urine. The condo had a few broken/items needing attention: light bulbs burnt out, shade in the bedroom broken and stuck all the way open and only very sheer curtains for privacy, no stopper in one of the bath tubs, carpet needs replacing.

Beautiful Condo!
Everything about this condo was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfy and the view was beautiful. It was walking distance from the beach and super close to most of the restaurants and shops in the area. It was a fantastic place for our vacation!

Carpets are so filthy that we wouldn’t walk in them without our shoes. Drain in master bath clogged, we had to use the guest. Fans are filthy. Not enough silverware unless you wash everyday. We reported everything but no one got back with us. Location is perfect.
