This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high speed internet throughout.

Bedrooms: The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 7 people. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. There is a full bath /shower in the hallway for easy guest access.

Pensacola Beach Paradise
Outstanding. Accurately listed on VRBO. Communication with host was professional, sincere, and understanding. Views from balcony are heavenly (sunsets, pelicans fishing schools of fish). The property was meticulously maintained. Secured parking with gait code. Easily accommodates our 4 adults and two children. Kids loved there bunk beds and made some blanket forts. Historical snow fall made even more memorable (didn't phase upper midweterners:). Community hot tub clean and fun for family. Pristine beach, great sea shells and clearest water second to none. Excited to revisit Pensacola and would not hesitate to book 708 again. Have an awesome day and God Bless:)

The property was amazing. The host was kind and got back to me right away. The view was breathtaking. The white sand and clear waters was a sight i will never forget. Even if it was chilly, my mother still seemed to get wet. We will for sure be returning in the summer times.

Overall best Vrbo experience so far. It’s right on the beach, nice pool and hot tub. The parking spot is close to the elevator. There are carts for luggage and groceries.Peg Legs is across the street.

The location was nice, right on the beach with a good view. The balcony off the living room was great! Had a high top table with chairs overlooking the pool area. We were able to see the beach and watch the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds practice, so cool! The living room photos were not accurate, showed an L sectional couch but was not. It was a family trip with two children and the kids were going to sleep on the sectional couch. The windows and window frames were dirty and the kitchen wasn’t super clean. Check in and getting in and out of the property was simple with a garage parking spot right by the elevator.

My teenagers had the best time at this condo. Easy bike ride to boardwalk and nearby shops. Peg Leg Petes restaurant across the street and convenient store for food or anything else needed. We absolutely had a great time at this super clean cute condo with amazing pool, hot tub and steps to beach.

PERFECT VACATION!!!
My Family and I were looking for a decent property for a “Weekend Getaway”. We stumbled upon this listing, and had high hopes that we made a good choice. All I can say is “YES”! My Family and I were amazed at the location of this property! This Property has amazing views of the Gulf, as well as the Bay! The home was very nice! Great size bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased that the common area had a Smart TV that we could use to stream movies. The Host also had beach chairs reserved for our stay! We had a GREAT time, and will definitely book again.

Fall break fun
The entire process from beginning to end was very easy. Vic provided detailed information to be able to navigate a new property on our own without having to call or back and forth emails. And when I had a question, the response was super quick. I really appreciated that. Great place to stay -- very close walk to the beach. The chair and umbrella rentals are an added bonus. It made life a little easier. I didn't have to worry about packing chairs and umbrellas before this vacation. I would definitely go back!

Loved the short walk to the beach! Views were amazing. Pool was fun—could have used a little shade though. Condo was nice but layout a little tight. Kitchen is small but adequate. It could have been cleaner but we had a wonderful time and would come back again!

This is the third time that we have stayed at San Souci in 708. And plan to stay again soon! We seek out this beautiful condo every time we head down to Pensacola Beach. Sometimes it’s not available for very obvious reasons! It’s PERFECT! Beach, pool and bay views. Directly across the street from one of our favorite restaurants. The space faces west which provides the best sunset view ever!! Absolutely the best!

The condo was beautiful,clean in a great location and with a beautiful view. The couch in the living room isn't a sectional like in the picture. And the master bedroom TV doesn't even get online so all you can watch in the master is the antenna. Needs improvement.

It’s a great place to stay with large group. Clean and has all you need to start a fun time. Location makes it easy to get to eating places and sightseeing. Beach is not overcrowded and beautiful. Having your umbrella and chairs supplied by unit is a good savings. Wonderful time.

The location is excellent, you get views of both the bay and beach from balcony. The apartment was just the right size for our family. Since we were here on a soccer tournament we had to wash uniforms constantly and the laundry, although convenient did not have a coin exchange, and it was very hard to obtain coins. So if you plan to Do laundry just bring quarters.

Staying at this condo was convenient, comfortable, and we had a great time. The views are lovely, the porch gets a nice beachy breeze, and the beds were top notch. We like good showers, comfy beds, and nice common areas that let us relax and enjoy family time and this place delivered. I was at first disappointed that the only laundry facility was laudromat style downstairs however, the machines were nice and worked well. Given that, my only critisism is that we didn't find the luggage carts until we were leaving because we parked outside so maybe mention them in your listing. Overall great stay. Thank you.

The pictures of the condo on VRBO were so pretty but the pictures don’t do it justice. We were so impressed with our condo. Decorated beautifully and very spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again.
