We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!
Doug (the owner) was very kind and friendly. Our campsite was by a small creek and there were farm animals across the creek like cows, chickens, and horses. Very beautiful. Loved waking up in the morning to hear cows mooing and roosters crowing. It was a very nice getaway.

Wonderful Night at the Backyard Campground
Our group had the Backyard Campground all to ourselves on a wonderful Friday evening. Doug (owner) met us at the entrance and gave us a quick tour before pointing us back towards our campsites. We thoroughly enjoyed the riverside sites overlooking his neighbor's beautiful farm. Firewood was provided and the portable restrooms were sparklingly clean. Would love to come back and stay again next time.
