"We booked Residenza D''Epoca San Girolamo for 4 nights. But there was no room for us after our arrival !! We were asked to stay in La Rocca dei Malatesta which was more simple and cheaper (it is very easy to check on the Internet) - but we were charged the Residenza price - with no excuse from their side."
