Super Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung (Haus) hat in allen Punkten unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und teils übertroffen. Wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich richtig wohl fühlen konnte. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sowie vom Pool ist unglaublich. Unsere Gastgeberin Claudia war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit einem kulinarischen Willkommensgruß aus der Region überrascht und war immer da wenn man sie brauchte. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Aussergewöhnliche Location
Wir hatten hier eine rundum tolle Woche. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war nicht gross, für eine Woche aber ausreichend, sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das besondere ist aber die Lage. Mit einer Sicht von 50 km Richtung Meer und 30 km Richtung Sibellinische Berge top. Einfach zum Abschalten und Runterkommen. Unsere Gastgeberin Claudia war supernett und total bemüht. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es regionale Spezialitäten als Willkommensgruss. Danke für wunderbare Tage.

compleet ingericht huis mooie ligging!
Warme ontvangst door eigenaresse. Verse producten, fruit. brood en wijn stonden al klaar. Het huis is compleet ingericht en de vaatwastabletten ook inclusief. Overal is aangedacht. Het huis is koel en heeft veel kastruimte. Geen muggen ! We hebben een heerlijk vakantie gehad en genoten van alles!

Urlaub im Old House in Penna San Giovanni 2019
Das Objekt entsprach in allen Punkten der Ausschreibung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht von den Sitzplätzen und vom Pool aus ist atemberaubend und eine Wohltat für alle Sinne. Die Vermieterin Claudia ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit einem Willkommensvesper und Wein einen tollen Empfang bereitet, tolle Tipps gegeben und bei Fragen immer gut beraten. Meine Frau und ich werden sicher wiederkommen und und wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. Martin und Birgit

Perfect place
This is one of the best places we have rented. The house has two apartments, so if you go as two families you have it all for yourself. The area is incredibly beautiful with plenty of small hilltop towns to visit nearby...and Agriturismo restaurants with amazing food. 40 minutes drive to the sea, a lake and mountains nearby. The house is wonderful and bears traces of the fact that its owner, Claudia, is a home designer. It stays cool even if hot outside and it recently renovated (including for earthquake safety). Highly recommended.
