"Spacious and clean. Very nice service. Easy to park. Lovely surprise to find such delicious dinner sitting next to the fireplace was icing on the cake. The stew was the best so far in Italy. "

"The hotel is quite far... but nice. The problem is they charged ne twice! I had paid with hotels.com and they insisted it was not paid... since I was on a hurry I paid again. Beware!! I hope they return the money. Have your reservation at hand so they don´t do that to you!! "

"Great rural location with beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant. We had a wine tasting while there which was generous and interesting. Call ahead to see if horseback riding is available on the date of your visit. The location is just gorgeous. We highly recommend!"

"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The layout and outdoor spaces were just what our family group of 15 would hope for! We were 12 adults and 3 infants staying for 5 nights. Giulia and Fabbio were excellent hosts- you could tell they really desired for us to enjoy our stay, and did everything they could to help us. "My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! The breakfast in the morning was good too. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!"

"a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts."

"Abbiamo affittato la casa per festeggiare il primo compleanno di nostro figlio con un po' di amici e parenti. Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per quanto riguarda il catering (e tutto il resto). Consigliamo vivamente anche per un week end tra amici!"
