Discover this 40s villa, renovated in 2022, ideal for an unforgettable stay.

Just 200 metres from the sea and the GR34, close to the Rochers de St Guénolé, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Pays Bigouden. Enjoy the sea air, explore the local culture, and visit the historic sites. Nearby beaches offer swimming, kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at La Torche. The commune also offers tennis, pétanque, mini-golf, hiking, horse riding and much more.

Our villa, ‘La Vigie’, is spacious and independent, situated in a quiet lane with an enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a garage, a cloakroom, a shower room with a bathtub for rinsing swimwear and wetsuits, a table football table, a separate WC and two bedrooms: a quadruple dormitory with bunk beds and a double ‘Garden’ bedroom with direct access to a 65 m² terrace.

The first floor includes a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a toilet and a double lounge with parquet flooring that can accommodate up to 15 people, with television (DTT and Netflix), books and board games.

The second floor includes the ‘Rose’ double bedroom, the ‘Aux Oiseaux’ bedroom (90x200 beds that can be converted to 180x200), a separate WC, a shower room with WC, and two other double bedrooms, ‘Anglaise’ and ‘Liberty’, each with shower and washbasin.

The attic is home to ‘La Vigie’, a double room with panoramic views over Audierne Bay and the Eckmülh lighthouse. There's also a sitting area with TV (TNT, Eurosport and Netflix).



The location is ideal for a car-free holiday: the sea and GR34 are 200 metres away, and Pors Carn/La Torche beach is 1 km away. Local amenities, including a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and weekly market, are 600 metres away; a craft brewery and supermarket are 500 metres away.

For your comfort, the electrical installation has been redone and the windows are secure. Quality bedding, household linen provided, beds made on arrival. Cots and high chairs available on request.

A parking space is available, with other free options nearby. A certificate of holiday insurance is required; this can be obtained free of charge from your insurer. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure, with consumption invoiced. Cleaning is included, but you are responsible for tidying up the dishes and managing the bins.

La maison est grande, très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée pour recevoir une grande troupe comme la nôtre. Grandes tablées, grandes balades sur la côte qui est vraiment magnifique, partie de jeux de société endiablées. Superbe séjour entre plage de Pors Carn et rocher de Saint Gué
Nous avons passé deux très belle semaine en famille dans la maison de Stephanie qui nous a parfaitement bien accueilli et qui n’a pas hésité à nous partager ses bon plans et actualités de la région. La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéalement située pour profiter des alentours en vélo. Nous avons même pu profiter d’un merveilleux retour de pêche 😉 Également proches de bons spots de surf pour les adeptes!

Le lieu idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs familles
La villa rénovée avec goût, sur plusieurs étages, est particulièrement adaptée et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour à plusieurs familles avec enfants. La vue mer du haut de la Vigie, la grande terrasse et le baby-foot ont été particulièrement appréciées. Stéphanie est une hôte très prévenante.

extraordinaire maison de famille pour un merveilleux WE.
Durant le grand WE de Pentecôte, nous avons séjourné dans cette grande maison de famille superbement rénovée. Nous étions 15 de 74 à 10 ans (grands parents, enfants et petits enfants).. autant dire qu'il fallait de la place pour toute cette tribu. Chacun l'a trouvée sans problème et même avec grand plaisir car toutes les chambres sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût, de qualité et de confort (literie, salle de bain ou cabinet de toilette). Les parties communes modernes et spacieuses, la grande terrasse où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas, ont aussi été très appréciées ainsi que le coin "douche retour de plage". La grande plage de sable fin que l'on peut atteindre aussi en se baladant le long du chemin côtier se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres et dans l'autre sens, une autre balade mène au phare d'Eckmühl. Mais ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c'est l'extrême gentillesse de Stéphanie, la propriétaire, qui a su redonner vie et beauté à cette maison. Encore un grand merci à elle. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler de la Vigie autour de nous et nous lui souhaitons d'accueillir plein d'amoureux de belles maisons anciennes, qui vivront à leur tour, de merveilleux moments.
