"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15 minutes a train passed, literally in front of the hotel (200 yard/ meter). We wanted to sleep with the balcony door open because it was hot and there was no A/C, but it was impossible, due to the noise. "
