Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Wir waren gleich begeistert von der Lage und Größe der Wohnung, von dem schönen großen Balkon, die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt und eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, ein schöner Urlaub
Obwohl wir über FeWo gebucht hatten, wusste man nicht, dass wir anreisen. Unsere Kontaktperson reagierte nicht auf unsere WhatsApp, nahm schließlich aber unsere Anruf entgegen. Man bot uns zunächst eine hochwertigere Alternative. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in die angemietere Wohnung umziehen. Leider war dort das Gerät für Warmwasser defekt. Unsere Kontaktperson reagierte zunächst wieder nicht. Nachdem wir über FeWo den Vermieter kontaktierten, wurde das defekte Gerät ausgetauscht. Die Wohnung war einwandtfrei sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, ein schöner Urlaub.

Hôte pas du tout disponible Logement sans linge de maison, pas climatisé, Barbecue cassé, parasol cassé Pas d’états des lieux à l’arrivée Pas d’états de sortie Séjour agréable car très beau paysage mais le logement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur et ce n’est pas mentionné ds l’annonce L’hôte ne répond pas aux demandes de sa clientèle et n’intervient pas pour réparer les toilettes bouchées etc…. Mauvaise expérience locative

Lugar ideal para ir con familia y adolescentes.
El lugar donde está el ático es genial, super tranquilo y bien cuidado. Fuimos dos familias con adolescentes y disfrutaron mucho porque al ser residencial podían estar por los jardines sin problema. El propietario estuvo dispuesto a facilitarnos lo que le pedimos. Faltaba una limpieza más profunda y algo de sombra en las terrazas. En general, para pasar unos días estuvo bien.

En apartamento es muy amplio la habitación principal muy buena las terrazas la q da al comedor y la del ático muy bonitas con todo tipo de posibilidades. La cercanía con el mar inmejorable, y las calas muy cerca y bonitas.

Gostei muito local e do sossego da casa. Mas a casa era muito quente, mais precisamente o segundo andar. Falta um ar condicionado. Em relação a limpeza, podia ser melhor. De resto não tenho mais nada apontar.

La propiedad que se nos dió no es esta, la que alquilamos, no era el ático con vistas a la cala que se ve en la propiedad. Era un semi-adosado bastante cercano en una comunidad similar pero sin piscina. No se nos proporcionó a la llave de la piscina (en la comunidad que se supone que alquilamos) a pesar de nuestra insistencia y no conocimos al propietario, solamente a sus empleados el primer y último día. No obstante el semi-adosado era muy confortable y estamos contentos con la experiencia. Pero la próxima vez, deberían preocuparse más por sus huéspedes y proporcionar exactamente aquello que se contrata (ático y piscina, barbacoa...), a pesar de la vivienda sustitutiva ofrecida.

Bonjour, alors la wifi n'y est pas, le lave vaisselle ne marche pas et personne n'est venu le réparer, le barbecue n'est pas celui de la photo, il est tout petit et très sale. Ensuite, une des chambre qui apparait sur l'annonce n'y est pas, une autre est minuscule. Beaucoup de résidents de la résidence sont très désagréable. Sinon la piscine est bien, il n'y as pas beaucoup de monde, la mer est facilement accessible, le centre aussi. En conclusion, je suis plutôt déçu de cette annonce.
