"While I was walking around I asked for directions to get somewhere and I met a housekeeper named Ramona. She was very nice so I chatted her up and she was so sweet. It made me feel like I was talking to a relative. She was a highlight of my vacation. The only odd thing was they made me pay for 50 pesos For a small glass that broke and I thought that was so weird after spending over $2000 per a few days vacation. Usually and for diamond hotels that’s not usually a problem. They just handle it instead of reprimanding you for breaking it on accident."

"The view is an absolute 10, maybe the best ever in our experience. Renovated kitchen, bathrooms and a huge master bedroom and patio with a bbq. The owner and the manager (Armando) are great and available at any time if you have any questions/concerns. Lots of great people as well, the pool is fantastic as are the lounge chairs/palapas along the water's edge. Pool side drinks and food are also available by the onsite restaurant staff.The building while dated is extremely clean and so is the apartment, no insect problems at all which we have experienced else where in Mexico including Manzanillo.Location is a bit remote but that gives it a great vibe and taxis are readily available or a 15 minute walk will land you on the main Blvd Miguel de la Madrid. Everything from Walmart and Mercados, fancy restaruants to street taco stands, pick your dining options. A hand full of great restauarants are also within walking distance of the apartment and at the marina, plus an OXXO right there if needed.We are seriously looking at a much longer stay in Manzanillo and this apartment and the complex are at the top of our list."
