"This hotel is old and worn down lokking with cracked floor tiles. The bed sheets were stained, some stains looked like blood. Sliding shower door broken, you had to lift it to open it. Air conditioner barely worked. Couldn't control speed of fan. Had to step over corner of bed to get in and out of bathroom. Closet had no light. Bathroom had one little light. "Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
