"When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond."

"Can’t fault the Grand Mirage Family Paradise. Absolutely made for families in mind - main pool that isn’t too deep, indoor soft playground, games room, splash park. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very quickly knew our kids’ names. Buffer breakfast was great too. Will be back!"

"The hotel was in a great location and near all the shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were very good and helpful. Although called suites , the room was no bigger than most we had. It was nice regular room with a compfy bed. Sanur is i good area without the backpackers and clubs of Seminyak. Nice restaurants and the beach is really nice and useable.( unlike Seminyak). Located in a good area to then expore Ubud and down to Ulliwatu etc. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants.
