"Really enjoyed our time in Erquy, in fact it was the second time we had stayed at this accommodation. Very pleasant owners who do their best to ensure we had a great stay. The area surrounding Erquy is very lovely including some very beautiful beaches. Our kids (three and five) had a great time at the accommodation and playing in the grounds. "We had a great week here in August. Large garden, lots of parking and many beaches within 30 minutes. You can walk into town along the river to get bread in the morning. The staircase to the upper floor begins in the master bedroom; we didn't mind this but some might. The owners live nearby and were very helpful. I would describe the style as shabby chic."

I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. "We had a lovely stay at this traditional old Stone property. The bedrooms were very comfortable but only one toilet upstairs meant going to the loo in the night wasn’t easy. Also the bathrooms only had hand held showers in the baths which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeper that met us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting.
