"We had a wonderful time at Villa Langka. The location was excellent with friendly staff that solved any problems quickly There were multiple spaces to cater for 2 families or 4 couples. It was nestled at the end of a lane way which made it quiet but still close enough to walk for daily massages and restaurants. Gojek was our friend for transport and food. The large pool was well utilised by all in our group. "

"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. "Everyone was so lovely, however the bed was rock hard, so if like us, you are used to a soft mattress, definitely ask for a few mattress toppers. They are rock solid. The other disappointing thing was the main pool with a sunken bar was closed while we were staying for repairs, things happen but an email with a warning would’ve been nice as we were looking forward to spending some time there."

"Bali Dynasty is absolutely amazing and I always have a wonderful time I went there on my own and even though it’s a family resort I will always go back So many activities and I felt completely safe Their dining places are amazing and delicious food They have a barber nail salon a shop to purchase snacks drinks hats sunnies bags smokes etc I thoroughly enjoy this resort There are 3 pools and so many food restaurants to choice from There is an adults only section You don’t even need to leave this place It is 10 out of 10 "
