"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. We had a room at pool level wher we could access the pool outside our door which was great. The ambiance is lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. The pools are Incredible! I would highly recommend this resort to others. "

"Staff was excellent , loved the butler service, staff really go out of their way to accommodate you . rooms were really spacious and nice. Kids club and tennis courts were amazing. Hotel really is luxury. Beach/Bay is not as pristine as it seems and being a bay it brings a lot of ocean debris to the bay . Pool is amazing. "

"Staff were great. Loved the nightly entertainment. Disappointed to be sent a dozen emails saying I could purchase an upgrade, but I couldn’t get a free upgrade for my gold status (no reason given). Breakfast has very little vegetarian options. Other than that, place was exceptional. Highly recommend it. "

"When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were lovely very helpful and always with a smile. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious huge selection. Will definitely stay here again "

"The main attraction of the lodge is that it is attached to the Taman Safari Park which showcases an amazing array of indonesian, indian and african wildlife. The journey thru the "safari lands" in special buses is outstanding and the park caters to all ages and I think a must see for any visitor to Bali. Now to the lodge itself. Its a great concept and well executed however long overdue for an update. As an example the suite we stayed in cost NZD$800 per night and and iniitally we were wowed. ...

"We enjoyed staying at the resort. Our room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the gardens was beautiful. The area of the building our room was in was quiet. We used the pool and the swim up bar. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ dinner with the traditional dance/fire dance show. We thought the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants around the property."
