"Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. I showed up after in late a full day of travel to get there. I was informed they were overbooked and didn’t have my reserved & paid in full room available for me. I needed to go to their sister property with no AC, no hot water, it was awful.
