Enjoyed our stay
We rented the house to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16. The inside was very beautiful but the outside could use an update. There was plenty of space to enjoy everyone’s company and still have some space to yourself if needed. There were a few things the property said it had but didn’t. Overall it’s a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay.

Poor management
I feel bad for the owner because the property management company is doing a horrible job. The place had piles of trash outside, tape everywhere on the ceiling from a previous party which the cleaning crew should have removed. The landscape was unkept and pool was a mess. There was not any outdoor chairs to sit on. The most needed item was a couple dressers in the bedrooms. They only had 2 bath towels for each bathroom that were the thin cheap ones and no wash clothes.I have stayed at many rentals and this one gets a thumbs down!

Great property but infested with bugs.
The house was beautiful and clean for the most part. However we immediately noticed an insane amount of bugs and spiders all over the roof. There were multiple webs in corners as well as small bugs flying around the ceiling. Other than that, everything was great.

The property was very nice and clean. I can tell that it was newly renovated, but there were still little things missing. None of the bathrooms had toilet paper holder or hooks or bar to hang your towels. Also, the garage was converted into a bedroom, which has no closet space. No drawer or a long mirror for full body view. Also I think we need to have more instructions about the house. There were so many switches. It was hard to figure out which switch went to what Although we had a bunch of small grocery bags for trash, they were no tall kitchen garbage bags and we had a tall kitchen garbage container. One of the neighbors was almost harassing telling us to put out the trash wish was a lot of trash left over from previous occupants or cleaning personels. But we did it, we put out all the trash, which was really close. There were things growing out of there. It had been so long since he had been taken out. Overall, the property is very nice. It just need to be more livable. I guess solches, minor little changes. Will make it the perfect house. I would definitely recommend the house. It's just, I am always traveling in staying places, so I notice the little things. Oh yes, there is the wine fridge, but there was no wine opener to be found. Anywhere, definitely, the kitchen dishes and cookware can be updated. There were no wine glasses, very few knives. For the money we paid. I feel like these things should have been there.

It was just…alright
Everything about this house is just ok. It is bare bones, there’s nothing I it so being anything you need. Not enough towels for a group of 8, the door knobs on some of the bathrooms are on with the lock on the outside so you can’t lock it for privacy, there were some bugs in one of the bedrooms (small roaches) the outside was not taken care of. Yard was high and I mowed, pool was dirty, outdoor furniture was nonexistent, the dock was damaged and you could not sit out there, front swing was missing boards on it so you couldn’t go there either. There is no furniture on the primary bedroom besides a night stand, no dresser, no closet so you have to go to someone else’s room to hand your clothing. There are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, so no place to hang a wet towel. When we arrived there was no internet, so I called the number. The lady said that was a maintenance issue and someone would call me, they never did. I had to keep finding places to plug the Wi-Fi router into and finally realized it was connected to a light switch by the door. Prior to check in I asked three times for them to send me the “mandatory rental agreement “ but I never received it. Just all and all the experience was meh, like just “okay” and I expected more.

Disappointing Experience Backyard and Pool Area
I rented this home to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, but the condition of the backyard area caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Prior to my arrival, I had pre-inspected the property and provided feedback to both the property manager/owner. They assured me that the issues I noticed would be addressed, explaining that a guest had just checked out and that everything would be up to par. However, when I arrived on Friday, I was shocked to find the backyard in terrible condition. The pool had debris floating in it and noticeable yellowing at the bottom, while the deck had a missing, rotting piece with an exposed nail—posing a safety hazard. The patio screen and floor were filthy, covered in bugs, and there were rotting plants surrounding the pool area. I immediately called to report these issues, but I was met with silence. No one followed up, and I was forced to handle everything myself. I had to hire someone to deep clean the pool and patio area, which was a stressful and costly addition to what should have been a special celebration for my daughter. This was my first time renting a home using this app, and it has never happened to me in all my previous rentals. The lack of follow-up, the added expenses, and the overall inconvenience ruined what should have been a joyous occasion. I hope others avoid this experience.
