The property is just as advertised. We found it to be very comfortable. The location is nice... 15 minute walk to the center of Hamilton and a grocery store just blocks away. Bathroom stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, glasses, etc. Small bar with 2 stools in kitchen. We used the private patio every day.
