We are on a floor with a team. I think hockey. And the parents are congregating in the halls and being loud drinking and yelling and the children are running the halls and screaming. It's frustrating to have that happening all evening with no interference from staff despite having cameras and being able to see this occurring.

Nice and clean, well maintained. Staff friendly. Breakfast eatable but pretty average. Many lights from electric items in the room were annoying when trying to sleep. Also heating system cycles on and off every few minutes all night even though I set it to 65. I’m a light sleeper so with the lights and heating system noise I had a hard time sleeping.

When I arrived at the property they didn’t have the room I booked available my twin granddaughters had to share a cot to sleep on they never offered a discount or any compensation. I will never stay there again!
