"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"While visiting family in Columbia this place was close by and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker needs upgrading. For an air B&B coffee is an essential part of B&B. Investing in a good coffee maker with pause option would be a welcome improvement. Otherwise, perfect stay. Would stay here again. "
