This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Silver Creek unit near beautiful Swansboro, NC is just a short 10-minute drive to Emerald Isle. Located upstairs are the Queen bedroom & the bunk room with a Queen & a Twin. The half bathroom is located on the first level. The loveseat also pulls out to a twin bed. Linens are provided for the bedrooms & bathrooms. From either direction travelling on HWY 58, you will turn onto Peletier Loop Rd., which will bring you into Silver Creek. The unit is E30.

Located in Silver Creek on HWY 58, just a short drive (about 10 minutes) to Emerald Isle. The neighborhood is located near Star Hill, a popular public golf course. Mac Daddy's is also close by, filled with fun activities for the family. The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is about a 20-minute drive down the island and well worth the visit. The Crystal Coast is rich with history & coastal culture, great cuisine, art, and so much more!

House Rules 2025/2026
1. DAMAGES: Every effort has been made to repair any damages to the premises prior to your arrival. However, if you should discover any damages when you arise, please notify our office immediately so that we can verify the problem and not hold you responsible. Henna tattoos & spray tans are not allowed on any of the Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services rental properties furniture. Tenants will be charged for any damages caused by the dye from tattoos & tanning products.
2. SMOKING: No smoking inside unit. No open flames.
3. REPAIRS: If you have any problem with plumbing, heating/air, or appliances during you stay, please notify our property manager so that we may correct any problems as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service unless the breakdown has been caused by your actions (i.e., Sanitary items flushed down toilet, bottle caps in a disposal, etc.)
4. PARKING: There are 2 parking spots available directly in front of the unit. An additional vehicle may park across the unit in the overflow parking area.
5. GARBAGE: Place all trash in the can behind the unit. Our trash rollout service will haul it away after your checkout.
6. RECYCLING: Currently the complex does not recycle.
7. REFRIGERATORS: Please do not reset the dials on the refrigerator or freezer. They should be set on medium setting. When you arrive and load the refrigerator with warm items it normally takes at least 24 hours to start fully cooling again. Setting the controls to the highest setting will only cause the refrigerator and/or freezer to overheat and go into defrost.
8. KITCHEN: NO GREASE OR FOOD PARTICLES DOWN SINK. This causes bad plumbing issues.
9. AIR CONDITIONING: This unit has central a/c-- please do not set it below 68 degrees. Putting the temperature below this setting will cause the outside unit to freeze up and stop cooling completely. Most of our units in this area are equipped with heat pumps and will only cool up to 15 degrees lower than the outside temperature. Keep the outside doors closed as much as possible and please do not open windows with the air conditioning running.
10. BEACH ACCESS and DUNES: FYI- NC law prohibits climbing on the sand dunes or picking sea oats and other vegetation that preserves the dunes. Please use walkways to cross to the beach where provided. Also note that all beach equipment must be removed from the beach each evening as well as any holes that were dug need to be refilled to protect the nesting sea turtles.
11. LINENS: All beds are already made with linens and towel are provided in the bathrooms. Please use black face cloths to remove makeup, as it stains white towels. Blankets may be found in underbed drawers or in closets, depending on the room. **Please bring a twin sheet set if you plan to use the pullout loveseat. **
12. OFFICE HOURS: Crystal Coast Realty is open 9AM to 5PM and our number is 252.764.2246. Our property manager – Christine Britten can be reached 24/7. After hour emergency messages may be left on her voice mail. POLICE/FIRE/RESCUE DIAL 911.
13. LOCKOUTS: There will be a $100 cash charge for lockouts after business hours.
14. DURING YOUR STAY:
• No smoking inside unit. No open flames.
• Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
• Do not tamper with Murphy bed (reserved for owners)
• Enjoy the patio lights, please unplug after use.
• Please turn off hose after each use or it will burst.
• ** THE HOT WATER GETS VERY HOT, BE CAREFUL**
15. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
• Wash and put away all dishes (do not leave them in the dishwasher).
• Log out of Smart TV Apps
• Put furniture back to original positioning.
• Make sure all garbage is secure and placed in the proper receptable.
• Empty the refrigerator and remove all food that you brought into the unit.
• Remove all linens from beds and bathrooms and place in front of washer.
• Leave all windows and doors closed and secured.
• Turn off all lights and appliances.
• Late Checkouts will be charged an additional day to the card on file.
16. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please check carefully to make sure that you have not left behind any personal items. We cannot be responsible for these items. There will be a $50 service fee in addition to cost of mailing if we are asked to retrieve lost items.
