"This property offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Outside receives sunlight from dawn to dusk, and access to water. There are so many windows to provide natural sunlight and an amazing view of the water. You don’t have to leave the property to have a fulfilled weekend. However, there are many things to do in the area as well. "

"Lovely spot to enjoy watching water fowls on a marsh. Our only disappointment was that there were only 4 chairs and 4 wine glasses, although it was advertised as accommodation for 6 people. "

"My friend and I spent a lovely three days here just relaxing on the beach, building fires, and playing games. Highly recommend."

"We booked on short notice so we could participate in the Rice Moon freighter canoe tour that night at Point Pelee. Communication with the owner went smoothly and the place was sweet: simple and nice furnishings, clean and very spacious. It needed a bit of an air out when we got there but all else was very good. :)"

"We had a beautiful stay with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was super clean, roomy and exactly if not better than described. We had a little hiccup at check in but easily addressed by Paul who was very communicative! We loved the front and back porch for coffee and the hot tub for relaxation. We will be back. "

"The place was lovely. Great communication, everything was well organized, stocked full of everything you could need, and very clean. Kevin was helpful throughout, and contacted us after he thought we had forgotten something after checkout. The park pass was a very nice added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"We had a beautiful stay at a beautiful house in the perfect location on the island. It was nice to be on the calmer side of the island. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the lake and the island. Bikes and kayaks included."

"It was a great stay, being in a nice and quiet spot in kingsville, with 3 nice bedrooms and a huge, warm pool. Overall, 10/10 family stay."

"Great location in Leamington for families with young children. The lake is nearby and the park across the street was perfect to run around with our toddler. We were thankful the house was located on a quiet street. There were toys and books available for my two year old to play with. The house is beautiful and the colorful eclectic decor made it feel welcoming and comfortable. "

"Lovely condo with everything you need! Made our stay."

"A delightful little cottage on the shore of Lake Erie, just a mile or two from Point Pelee's entrance. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent mattresses and bedding! Surprisingly big backyard equipped with a fire pit and plenty of comfortable lawn chairs for viewing the stars or the waves crashing on the beach. Responsive host wants to make sure you have a great stay. Highly recommended! "

"The house was beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. The pool was very nice. Seating was ample and so was the kitchen appliances and utensils. Would stay again and have recommended yo people already. "
