Very pleasant in this beautiful house but...
On the positives: - Very nice house very pleasant with a lot of charm. - The garden and swimming pool are also very pleasant. - The built-in barbecue in the garden - Elite Italy very available and all very kind In terms of regrets: - no air conditioning (with the heat wave in Tuscany, it's really missing!) - the kitchen really not practical (very well equipped with household appliances, less in terms of utensils and crockery but really small, no (good) coffee maker) - The really very hard bedding in the master bedroom - the hot tub does not work - The shower seal is missing and therefore the bathroom is flooded with each shower - The washing machine (outside) is leaking. So there are several ways to give a conclusion to all these points. Overall, our stay was pleasant in this beautiful house but all the negative points, even if not prohibitive (perhaps the air conditioning anyway...) mean that we cannot help thinking that the price of this good is still very high for the services provided.

Tout a été très sérieux et professionnel ! Cela a été très appréciable. Que dire de l’Italie si ce n’est que c’est magnifique. Quand s’y ajoute en plus le service d’une équipe professionnelle pour faire que tout le séjour soit au top, c’est génial. Toujours là, l’équipe d’élite Italy est à saluer, très sympa, très à l’écoute, un fil de suivi pour toutes questions…c’était vraiment bien. Enfin la maison est très chouette et confortable, on a adoré. Merci aussi aux Italiens d’aimer les chiens, partout! C’est bien plus facile qu’en France, en Italie les chiens sont acceptés et aimés ! Merci!!!!
