We were asked to stay in La Rocca dei Malatesta which was more simple and cheaper (it is very easy to check on the Internet) - but we were charged the Residenza price - with no excuse from their side."

On my next stop we checked and she had already answered to let us know not to worry and that she would be waiting for us. "Extremely welcoming. We arrived after having booked a 1-night stay just 15 min before. We were shown the rooms, although the owner hadn’t received our reservation yet, which consisted of a very spacious bedroom, bathroom, and a connection between the two rooms (we booked family rooms). They were very charming and had the typical amenities (incl tea & coffee).
