Villa Coral Diamond - large 9x4m private pool & Sea Views in Coral Bay

Villa Coral Diamond is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto fields with sea views from the balcony and the raised veranda.

The detached villa is set in its own landscape gardens and the walk-in-pool is 9m by 4m large. The pool is surrounded by a large, tiled area and garden where you can enjoy the days and evenings. The pool area is furnished with 6 sun loungers and a sun umbrella and there is also a small table with chairs. The south-west facing pool area benefits from a beautiful shady pergola by the pool steps, for welcome shade, as the pool area and gardens are in the sun from morning to sunset. There is also a brick built barbecue with a little table and chairs next to it.

The villa benefits from free aircon and solar mosquito screens throughout, which let in the breeze but not the insects.

The villa is open-plan downstairs with patio doors leading to a raised veranda, which is covered where the large patio table and 6 chairs are placed. The veranda leads onto the pool area, pergola and garden. The kitchen is fully fitted including a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave etc. In the living area is a flat-screen LED TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs in the cabinet. Via the broadband streaming TV box, you can watch BBC, ITV, C4 & 5, as well as Sky News and Sky Sports 1 & 5 and many other Satellite channels, even Sky Atlantic. There is a modern CD /radio/stereo with bluetooth by the coffee table. There is also a downstairs cloak room.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, one en-suite bathroom and a cloakroom (downstairs). Two of the bedrooms have balconies with sea and mountain views. The master bedroom is very spacious and a safe is located in the wardrobe for your use. All bedrooms have large, fitted wardrobes and each bedroom has also a fan in addition to the aircon.

The villa is very secure as it is fully enclosed, making it safe especially for children.

We had a lovely long stay at Coral Diamond Villa. Perfect accommodation and we enjoyed some really beautiful sunsets from the balcony looking across to the sea. Communication from the villa owner was first rate as well as with the couple that manage the villa. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Every thing was perfect for self catering with a well stocked supermarket close by . The pool was extremely clear and warm for daytime and evening swims The Villa was clean and well kept with great furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. We will return next year for a longer stay.

The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish and the villa was perfect. the outdoor space and pool could not be improved and inside was very clean and spacious with good aircon. sadly we had to abort our holiday due to a family accident in the UK. The owners were very understanding and supportive. We are very sad not to have enjoyed the villa as intended but we hope to return. thank you for everything

Communication with owner was excellent both before our trip and the information in the villa. Villa in our favourite area and down a quiet cul de sac and walking distance to local bars and supermarket. Villa had everything for our holiday, reliable air con, strong comfy beds and excellent outside area with pool and most importantly good shaded areas for when the weather is hot. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful home away and great communication
Our hosts were excellent communicators, instructions perfectly detailed and we had no problems with directions to place or in the home. Tandy and Marcus were there once a week to clean the pool and once per week to change bedding and towels and on the second week did a nice clean. They are friendly, helpful and also great on communication. House was the best equipped that we have ever stayed and we have stayed in several. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Thank you. The only thing that surprised us was that we were up by 530 to 6 am every day because a neighbour northwest had several dogs that would start barking and continue till about 8 am. Then start again at 530 to 630 pm . However we took advantage ofbthat by going out to explore all the wonderful historical sites and see surrounding beautiful areas. In the afternoons we enjoyed the beautiful clean and large pool so much! Thanks again so much Ute and Andrea for making our visit to Cyprus so wonderful!

Spacious immaculate Villa
Villa was very spacious especially for 2. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The house was spotless, bedding and towels changed at the end of first week, plenty of cleaning products and bags, how refreshing to have these provided. I owned a property in Peyia but sold in 2018 and we have rented since then as it is my second home. This is one of the best. Thank you Andrea.

Villa Diamond - Coral Bay
The property was very clean with all necessities available that we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect size and clean. Rooms were large and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was excellent with all the details and directions we required, as well as suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was peaceful and quiet with a short journey to the beach and coral bay strip.

Amazing villa
Just returned from a wonderful week at villa coral diamond. The villa was equipped with so many little extras which made it a real home from home and there was a superb welcome pack on arrival. The outside area was lovely ,the pool was sparkling clean and was checked/cleaned twice during the week by friendly/helpful guy called Pete, I think (sorry can't remember). We were also helped by a lovely lady called Mikeala who came out to assist with a couple of minor issues we had (mainly our fault) As soon as we rang on both occasions she responded immediately and came straight round to help us great service ! The villa is in a private ,quiet location but an easy walk (we love walking) to the beaches and many restaurants etc. The whole process of booking was easy and communication with Andrea was great with lots of advice on covid related documentation required as well as easy to follow directions to villa. All in all a wonderful stay in villa, a week wasn't long enough and if we come back to cyprus in the future would be hoping this villa was available as would love to return

Fantastic house - book it!
We’ve just come back from a week’s stay at Andrea’s lovely house. Everything was pretty much perfect! Communication prior to our stay was very good, with detailed directions, check in info and general info about the area. When we booked, we’d thought the inside looked a bit meh, but that the outside looked amazing, so were happy to book. I’m very pleased to say that the photos do not do the place justice! Not that we spent much time inside, due to the fantastic outdoors and superb weather. We were only inside for preparing food and sleeping! The cooker is a bit dated (not that we used it), otherwise everything was great, with everything we needed. We mainly had barbecues with salads, which we ate on the outside covered terrace. There was a dining table for 6 both indoors and out, as well as 2 smaller tables for 3. The pool was incredible! There was always someone in it whatever the time! There were a couple of lilos under the veranda, as well as 6 lovely loungers. The whole outside area is great. There was air con in the bedrooms and living room, which was very effective. Mind you, it wasn’t needed downstairs, as opening the windows and patio door (behind the fly screen) kept a lovely breeze through the house. The only small downside for me was the distance from most of the restaurants on the main strip. In that heat, it was about a 25 min walk. There is however, a regular bus, but we were determined to walk! The location was nice a peaceful and about a 10 min walk from both Coral Bay and Corallia beaches. It was about a 35 min drive from the airport. We had to contact Matt due to us messing up with the safe. He answered the phone straight away and came out first thing the next morning, as we told him there was no urgency. The guy who came to sort the pool (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) was lovely and not intrusive at all. This was a great house and would happily stay again if coming to Cyprus. Thank you :)

Fantastic all-round!
We had an absolute fantastic holiday. The villa is easily one of the best we have stayed in so far. We loved the pool and the space around it and it's privacy. The villa was clean and had everything we could have wanted. As we are no fans of air-conditioning, we were extremely happy about fans in every room. We will definitely be back as owner was very helpful and offered a complimentary late check out, which was very much appreciated.

Nice not overlooked villa
Arrived early morning at 1.30am with fairly good directions got to the Villa OK. The only issue was no electrical power in the villa so had to use a torch on my mobile phone. Once we got up the next morning I checked the info book and it did say check the mains trip in the white box outside the villa. This had tripped so we eventually had power. The issue though it went off again in the evening so I contacted Nicky the management company who was very helpful and got someone to check the supply. It turned out to be a pool pump fuse issue so no issues after that. The villa is in a good area down a cul-de-sac and not overlooked from the pool. Everything in the villa you would need and loads of fans to save using A/C all the time. You can only use the A/C for a maximum of 2 hours unless you press the button again. Corillia Beach is the best beach 10 min walk and has sand not stone. Coral Bay strip is a 20 min walk with loads of good restaurants but we found Phidias Tavern to be our favourite. Phillpos supermarket 5min drive is very good and supply everything you need with free delivery if you need. Very good bus service to main areas. Pafos Harbour is very nice and you can get boat trips from here. Latchi 40 min drive away also have boat trips lasting around 2.5 hrs. The only one other issue is that at night their seems to be a lot of dogs barking but this you can not do much about. Pool guy comes around every 2-3 days to check the pool but he is also very helpful if you need anything else and a really nice guy. Overall pleased with the Villa just had a few issues which got solved.

Fantastic villa in a good setting with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday
The villa is well equipped and we are sorry to be going home. Location is ideal for whatever type of holiday you require and is family friendly. We found that coming away at this time of year is ideal, still hot but not uncomfortable. Food and drink in restaurants and bars are cheap, and good quality. Anyone you speak to are friendly. The supermarket down the road where they bring you and your shopping home is a great idea, makes life so easy. Great built in barbecue. Friendly local taxi drivers. I would recommend anyone to stay at this villa but not too many because we want to come back😉

Lovely property in a great location
Would fully recommend this property. We stayed for a week with our teenage children and the location was perfect. We hired a car but public transport appeared to be very good and regular, with the beach walking distance. The pool is fantastic - a great size and so refreshing at the end of a long day. Cleanliness of the property was excellent and it had all the mod-cons we needed. Communication with the owners was very quick and helpful. A great holiday.
