Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on an elevated plot above the popular village of Peyia with its wide variety of local amenities. The beautiful sandy beaches of Coral Bay and the archaeological sites of Paphos only a short drive away. A major highlight are the spectacular unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views which are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from both the garden and upper balcony - ideal places to enjoy the cool summer ocean breeze and sundowners.
THE VILLA
A 50 inch flat screen TV with internet TV channels, Firestick, DVD player and sound system are provided. High speed WI-FI and air conditioning are available throughout the villa. The kitchen is nicely separated from the living space by an archway and is well equipped with breakfast bar, ample worktops, built-in oven, electric hob, stainless steel cooker hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Patio windows provide easy access to a wonderful covered terrace overlooking the ‘self-filling’ 10m x 4m heated swimming pool, surrounding terrace and fantastic views beyond. The wonderful outdoor leisure space comes with comfortable sofas under the pergola by the pool, a gazebo area for outdoor dining, BBQ area and sunbathing space including sun loungers on the pool terrace. From the living room, an extra wide granite staircase with feature stained glass window on the landing leads up to 3 bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes providing a wealth of storage space. The master and second bedroom have fabulous en-suite facilities and easy access to a large balcony - a perfect place to sit and enjoy the views and beautiful sunsets. Electric blinds in the lounge can be lowered to block out the sun/light.
The villa can easily accommodate six people in the 3 bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Ocean Breeze offers beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. Being fully insulated and energy efficient, the rooms are lovely and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Steps lead down from a gated driveway to a beautifully landscaped garden and quaint stone entrance porch. Off the entrance hallway is a guest cloakroom/WC and useful storage cupboard. An archway leads through to a comfortable lounge with gas stove and granite feature fireplace and feature lighting and to the side is a formal dining area also with feature lighting.
The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor of the Villa and features fresh white walls with a vibrant blue azure feature wall behind the bed. The large patio doors open out onto the large balcony which overlooks the patio & swimming pool. A table and chairs are provided on the balcony allowing guests to sit and relax, enjoy the stunning views over breakfast/coffee/sundowners. The patio doors are framed by curtains and external shutters can be closed to provide darkness if you are light-sensitive. Without being cluttered, the room has a king size bed, 2 bedside chests of drawers and built in wardrobes providing ample storage (& also where the key safe is housed for your valuables). There are unobtrusive plug sockets either side of the bed, with a hairdryer and other amenities tucked away for your use. A flat screen TV is also provided, hidden away in the built-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a power shower cubicle and separate corner bath (with shower fittings), towel warmer, large mirror, WC and sink. This lovely room provides a calming and stylish private retreat.

THE LOVELY TOWN OF PEYIA
A large, almost overwhelmingly friendly village, now designated a town with its own municipality, and tucked away in the hills about 3.5kms from Coral Bay and 15kms from Paphos. There are several coffee shops, grocers and heartily welcoming tavernas which provide simple but excellent food (if you ask in advance they will prepare special dishes or buy fresh fish for you). A picturesque drive north along winding roads through the Peyia forest and pretty villages brings you to the Akamas peninsula and Latchi's beaches, giving the possibility of countless more memorable days out.

Hiring a car during sight seeing in Paphos is the best option as car rental is insured against collision, accidents, and mileage along with excellent services for tourists. 24-hour airport service is available from many car rental companies and they also offer Cyprus maps, travel tips and additional drivers, sometimes free of charge. Most of the companies have their own websites where you can book your car and make a choice between manual and automatic cars. But there are some requirements that need to be fulfilled to hire a car.

TAXIS FROM AIRPORTS
Can be arranged at competitive prices. Taxis are also very popular while getting around in Paphos. There are two types of taxi services: service taxis and private taxis. With service taxis, they have to be shared with other unknown travellers, which can be unsafe. Private taxis are more preferable as you will be travelling alone or with friends and family.

BY BUS
For reaching to Paphos, The KEMEK bus lines are well connected with all the island's main centres (Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia).
Travelling using buses in Paphos may be cheap, but requires patience. The buses do not run on a regular timetable and also they run on only certain roads and visitors who want to visit some out of the way, interesting places, bus may not turn out to be right kind of transport means for them.
