Fabulous Villa with Private Pool & Sea Views

This fabulous villa is in a quiet residential road, but just a few minutes away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest WC. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a large private mature landscaped garden and has a private pool. Outside lounge furniture on terrace fully enclosed from the pool so safe with children. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Very nice and private villa!
The villa has everything you need and is the best we have stayed in on trips to Coral Bay. It's in a good location being only 5 mins walk to shops/groceries/takeaways/bars/restaurants and only 8-10 mins walk to the coast. Only 2-3 mins drive to a big supermarket. One of the best things for us, is that it was very private (many villas in Coral Bay have low walls/fences between neighbouring villas, this has high lush hedges and foliage - perfect. Also love the self check-in with a key lock box.

Relaxing family holiday, great location
We have used Lisa’s and Felix’s villas in the past and this one was no different, excellent location, very close to beach and shops and Coral bay strip. Car not require but we had one. Villa is totally private, clean lots of equipment. Pool was fantastic, large and deep one end. Kids loved it and went for night time swims as it has lights. Lovely spacious villa with good air con. Great communication by Lisa and Felix, you would be well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa, , villa Grace. Would definitely come back again.

Summer break at Villa Grace, Coral Bay
The communication and support upfront from Lisa was excellent, even helping with airport taxi bookings. On arrival, the welcome package was very generous and of good quality. Location wise, if you dont mind a decent stroll, it's literally a mile to the main strip at Coral Bay, or just a short walk to the nesrest bars/restaurants. The main supermarket, Phillippo's, was also just a steady walk, albeit on a main road with no pavement, and they offer a free taxi back to the villa too... definitely worthwhile in the July/August heat! The villa itself was nice and provided a good, safe base for our holiday. As others have mentioned, it is a little tired and needs a bit of investment in the off-season. Couldn't speak highly enough of both Lisa and Felix though... if we needed anything, they were available on WhatsApp and sorted us out within 24 hours.

Amazing Pool & Lovely Villa
The villa was lovely, well equipped with everything needed. The pool was amazing. Loved the welcome pack on arrival. Lisa & Felix arranged the taxi to & from the airport which was great & the information folder was really helpful. Not far to walk to the supermarket & we used the free taxi back. Walk to Coral Bay strip ok going but felt a longer walk back at night in the heat & after a few cocktails! Then again we needed the exercise after some lovely meals out & the villa was in a lovely peaceful area. The bus was easy to use and very cheap too so a car is not needed. This was our first experience of a villa holiday & definitely won’t be the last. Would definitely recommend this villa and the Coral Bay area.

Nice villa with great pool area
Overall very happy with our stay. Had some issues with the A/C in one of the bedrooms but fixed same day after contacting Felix. There are two safes in the twin rooms but none in the main which was a little odd but we could not use them due to the previous occupants changing the key code and it took 10 days for this to be unlocked via a locksmith. On first impressions the villa looked clean but my wife had to clean all the flooring as if you saw the colour of the water after she had cleaned it was obviously this had not been done or very poorly. The cupboards also needed cleaning out as well due to dust in them!. Maybe who ever cleans the villa on turn around this needs checking as it was unacceptable!. Bedrooms are OK but strange no dressing table in any so I brought up a downstairs small table for my wife and nieces to use in the evening to get ready!. Pool area is great and a very good size which is deep so small children will need to be watched!. 6 sun beds available and a large patio table with an umbrella which we used a lot. There is a small raised outdoor area attached to the house which we used a lot but the wicker chairs and table need replacing as two are held together with cable ties. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some areas of the villa are very tired and need tending too but we found out that the owner is selling the villa so I do not think this will be done.

Villa ok.on arrival pool very unclean detritus at bottom of pool and yellow tide mark around pool.sunbed cushions very unclean. Was told to cover sunbed with a towel so they knew they were unclean.HYGIENE a very big problem,had to go to supermarket to buy disinfectant products and scrub clean sunbed cushions.text owners (phoned but would not answer) he came round next day.the bad thing about this is not even an apology as if was ok.He ask have you gone and bought new sunbed cushions.you need to listen to customer reviews and not brush them aside,and then blame it on the customer HYGIENE!!

The property was good. Beds were comfy and the outside seating area was lovely for the evening. Some parts are in need of alittle TLC and kitchen needs better equipment but overall stay was very pleasant. I would say a car is required unless your happy to walk 10-15 to shops etc

Fantastic villa in a great location. Very private and quiet just what we needed for a relaxing holid
Very easy to book with a much needed welcome pack from Lisa and Felix on arrival. Couldn’t wish for a better location and a car is advisable if you want to get around although bus service just around the corner and 10 minutes walk to local supermarket who will drop you back to villa with your shopping. Close to both beaches and all local amenities. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely base for a family holiday
We have just returned from staying at Villa Grace, with two young children I couldn’t have asked for a better layout- the gated terrace was a godsend and meant I could actually relax a bit! The villa is set around 10-15mins walk to the beach and a bit further to the main strip. We hired a car, so ended up driving most nights (5mins to the strip) as it would have been quite far with little ones. Lisa was great at communication and popped some necessities in the fridge for when we arrived- really useful! Would definitely stay again

Everything was as expected. Although you can walk to Coral Bay Avenue I think if I had gone in summer it would have been too hot to walk. We had a car so it was no problem. I have been to Coral Bay several times but usually early or late season so knew what to expect.

Lovely villa
A great Villa, very spacious with all fixtures fittings, beds etc of high quality. Very comfortable quiet and relaxing holiday. Lisa could not be more helpful, there was already welcome pack of provisions in the fridge, but she also arranged for some extra shopping for out first night due to our late arrival.

Villa Grace Coral Bay
Before I review this I would like to thank Lisa for here excellent service before we arrived, and all the help given during COVID by rearranging dates for the following year. On arrival Lisa had supplied groceries for us which was helpful as arrived late. She even booked our COVID test for our trip home The Villa looked very nice, and was in a very quiet cul de sac within walking distance to restaurants and a small supermarket. The beach was close and could be reached easily The interior of the Villa had a few minor issues for myself as I have poor mobility and the stairs were a challenge for me but that is not the villa’s fault but I think it could be mentioned in the adverts to let disabled clients know what to expect My favourite spot was the patio overlooking the pool, we sat out every morning chilling with a cuppa before we got ready for the day ahead We never eat in but all you would have needed to do this was supplied, the kettle and toaster was all we used Ideal Villa for a family especially with the pool area Thank Lisa

Fabulous villa
Stayed here with my father and we loved everything about Villa Grace. It’s clean, spacious and in a good location (we only hired a car because it was too hot to walk.) The outside space is especially good as the tall hedges offer total privacy from the neighbours. The owners are nearby and immediately sorted out a minor problem with the bathroom door handle. Lisa arranged our tests for flying home and even kindly offered us a lift as it was so hot. If I ever return to Coral Bay I will definitely check to see if this villa is available and if not would see which of the owners other properties are.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Grace . With the current Covid pandemic we couldn’t have asked for a smoother more fantastic getaway . Lisa was amazing with all the communication , giving guidance on procedures to enter Cyprus , the welcome food package , Hand sanitiser bottle and info on rules in Cyprus etc . We felt so safe and in good hands . The villa itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need or want , from a hairdryer to kitchen equipment , bbq & coals to books . It really did feel like a home from home . Pool was amazing, bigger then we expected , warm and cleaned regularly . The property itself is very close to coral beach , supermarkets , dive centres etc. We rented a car just to be able to explore the island more which we were glad we did . Found some hidden gems near the sea caves , wondered around latchi and Paphos harbours , went for meals up in the Mountains with fantastic views . We would return in a flash , would highly recommend. Only down side was the fact we had to come home :(
