"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head."

"Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
