"We really enjoyed our stay. Juan was amazing. He met us at the metro and escorted us to the apartment. He spent time answering questions and showing us places to visit. Our group had never been to Spain before and appreciated the assistance. He was available for assistance at all times. The apartment was nicely renovated and met all our needs. Absolutely recommend for an enjoyable stay."

"It's a truly fantastic location if you like to explore a city on foot. Only about 3-4 blocks from the central market.Downsides? The beds in the 2nd bedroom are not at all comfortable and need to be replaced.The 3rd " bedroom" simply is not a bedroom .Most rentals I have had on these sites provide at least 1 bottle of water on arrival and a coffee pod for the 1st day. This one did not.But on balance it's still a good find and fairly spacious."

"The apartment was absolutely perfect as a base to explore the lovely city of Valencia. It was right in the middle of the historic old town , a few minutes stroll to the central market . It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed having breakfast or drinks on the large terrace - an added bonus! There are plenty of cafes , bars and restaurants within walking distance . It's an easy city to navigate on foot and you can walk to the beach in about an hour though a taxi journey is cheap and...

"This is a very nice property in a great location. Having two bathrooms made it even better. You cannot beat the location. I had to contact the property manager to get help using the electronic key system and they were very helpful and patient. We never were able to access wi-fi, but since it was not a feature mentioned in the listing, I cannot complain. Very nice place and we enjoyed our stay there."

"Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse."

"My husband and I stayed 9 nights at this property and loved it! Fantastic location- just over the bridge from the old town, but still in a neighborhood with a grocery store right below, coffee around the corner, etc. The building has 2 apartments per floor and was quiet and clean. We would most definitely stay here again!"
