"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Brilliant place for some October sun with great staff, good pool, stunning cliffs and beach, plus fresh gluten free buffet options daily. Only a 10min walk to a very well stocked local supermarket and many excellent local restaurants in Olhos dÁgua. "The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing. Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back. "

"A lovely waterfront location wasted by this property. Poorly maintained and ill equipped apartment for a long-term stay. Should be taken off-market until physical plant has been updated and thoroughly cleaned. Mandatory wearing of plastic wristband was useful only for boat ride to oceanfront. Indoor hot tub requires bathing cap (didn't know these still exist) and indoor gym costs extra. The entire property is an embarrassment to Portugal."
