Private: property 130 ha (fenced), garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. Heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 20 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 45 km, Lucca 45 km, Firenze 75 km, Volterra 25 km, Peccioli 13 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Umgebung
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Besitzer waren einwandfrei. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Umgebung, vor allem Peccioli und Volterra haben uns überaus gut gefallen. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, da es bei der Ferienwohnung leider nicht ganz geschickte Möglichkeiten gab, um sich draußen gemütlich aufzuhalten.
