"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

"Hallo , Liebe Leser, nachdem wir die ca. 600m holprige, steinige Straße hinter uns hatten, sahen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana und dem schönen Panorama Nest mit unserem Hund. Ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 6 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alles, Perfekt, Sauber, eingezäuntes Grundstück, gut, wenn man mit Hund kommt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Auch das Schwimmbad erfüllt seinen Zweck auch wenn es nicht so groß ist, hatten wir viel Spaß....

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"First of all, Marzio was hands down the best host we have ever stayed with. He was very helpful with recommendations and giving us information of the area. We ate in some outstanding restaurants on Marzio recommendation and he was right on the mark. The house is exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful Tuscan retreat, close to Florence and Siena. "Distant views of olive groves and vineyards. Misty cool mornings, listening to church bells and birdsong. THIS was our home base in Tuscany that we were lucky enough to have discovered. All of the photos and descriptions do not do justice to this beautiful villa 30 minutes outside of Florence! Close to the tram, which brought us into Florence 4 times during our incredible 2 week stay we also took advantage of our rented car to drive the beautiful scenic roads to nearby medieval villages and...

"We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!"
