"No staff on premises at all to help with problems. Internet worked off and on. A very loud frog was living somewhere in my room. Towels were dirty, Very loud construction going on during daytime hours. No office on premises. We left after one night even though we'd paid for three nights. Oh. And the door locks don't work well. Hard to lock and a neighbor couldn't get theirs back open to get their things out. And no one there to help with any of this. "

"This place is very close (walking distance) to the Uluwattu temple, which is very convenient. Otherwise, I don't really recommend Uluwattu as the area is very touristy and overpriced. The hotel staff seem pleasant enough, but were a bit impatient. The TV did not work, and even though we asked several times for them to come and fix it, we gave up because it seemed easier. The room itself (suite) was beautiful however a lot of animals like geckos leave their droppings everywhere in the room...

"Beautiful, quiet and serene. Stayed 3 nights at Rock and Reef and had a great stay. Place is full of character and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food options are very good and there’s enough variety that we were quite happy to eat at the hotel while watching the sunset over the ocean. The room was well appointed and comfortable. "This is a very small hotel, maybe only 6-7 rooms all facing onto the pool. The room is clean and comfortable. The people are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is a choice of eggs with fruit, juice and toast which they bring to your room for the time you request it. The only thing is that our shower head was coming out of the wall. You could still shower though. You can also hire scooters from the hotel"

"A unique property away from the hustle. Stunning ocean front views were breathtaking. Access was a mission with 282 steps (yes we counted) and with the rain we had to wait for it to stop so we could venture out. Also, there is a 300 meter narrow one way road from the main road to the top of the carpark (before the steps). Drivers were good at navigating this windy road. "Great property and staff was fantastic. Yuda was phenomenal and made my stay easy and most fun. I owe a lot to his help and thank you again. Views are jaw dropping and the food is pretty good. Only downside is the property is not in a walkable area outside of the resort. But the views and staff really make that a mute point. Highest reccomendation...."
