"Had to leave very early in the morning to catch flight but had no problems, with the concierge handy to open doors. Concert next door but ample bar staff following end of concert. Stayed on 3rd floor, floor boards very creaky not sure if this disturbed people in room below. "

Impressive hotel clean welcoming and facilities 5* pool large and very clean as was sauna changing etc. Room large and with all amenities fridge micro wave etc. Comfortable beds and great power shower . Staff welcoming and breakfast offers choice and is a great start to the day"

"Very easy access to the check-in area at the north terminal. Literally just 2 mins when you exit the hotel (it's all connected). I had an early flight (6.25am) but continental breakfast was made available from 4am which was a nice touch (main/full breakfast from 6am). Staff were fantastic - friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight at the north terminal at Gatwick and you don't want to rush in the morning! "

"Convenient location for flights out of Gatwick Airport, and very kind staff! The room was clean and modern, with everything we needed after a long travel day. The breakfast was top tier with lots of variety (it opened at 6am so we were able to eat before our morning flight). Highly recommend."
