"This was a quick in and out for us, just stayed so we would have time in La Fortuna and at Arenal. The home was minimal but just what we needed. The grounds were actually quite lovely, would have explored more if we had stayed longer. Check in and out was easy."

I showed up after in late a full day of travel to get there. I was informed they were overbooked and didn’t have my reserved & paid in full room available for me. I needed to go to their sister property with no AC, no hot water, it was awful.
