"Weekend stay with family to explore Va Tech. The hotel location is very convenient. The hotel was clean and relatively new looking. Buffet breakfast available with eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cinnamon buns, juice, coffee, milk & cereal. We would stay here again. "

"Young man at front desk was friendly, polite and efficient. What we didn't like was when we went in to check-in, there was a customer who had just checked in, the room had (pet) hair balls on the carpet (he had pictures), his wife had an allergic reaction and was waiting in the car. The man was trying to get his money back for the night and was not getting satisfaction. By the time he left and we checked in, there were 7 people in the lobby watching this unfold."
