Completely updated, modern, comfy home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Peachtree City has to offer. Long term rentals will include use of golf cart (requires a deposit and a waiver must be signed). The house has high quality mattresses and bedding, is spacious and feels like home.

Peaceful Peachtree villa
As the name suggests, this was one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in. There were three of us and there was ample space in the villa for us. It was clean, and had enough pots and pans and crockery. We paid a little extra for the golf cart, and used it to explore all the nearby area. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

Beautiful town, Wonderful Hosts, great loomed!
Cannot say enough on this home away from home. Both were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we need. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The master shower was very roomy! The master bed was very comfortable. Property well kept. We enjoyed seeing PTC via golf cart paths and we were not that far from many restaurants and businesses. Traffic was quiet and neighborhood peaceful. Thank you again!

Wonderful experience
We were visiting Peach Tree City for an extended time. The property was very clean and a very well kept up. Very comfortable with nice furniture and the house is also roomy. . Also has a nice size deck in the back. Location is great. It is located close to stores, restaurants and parks. We really enjoyed staying at the house and would stay there again. Owners are very nice people also.

We enjoyed staying at the house. Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping etc. we were 4 adults in our 80s and the house was convenient for us. The TV and door locks are fixed ready for the next patron. The master bathroom could use some bars and maybe a hand shower making it more convenient for older patrons. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy Peachtree City.

Great Location

Sweet home in Peachtree city
This house is in the nice quiet neighborhood, yet very close to shops and restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay there! Also, this house is nicely updated, beds are comfortable, appliances are new, big flat screen TV in the spacious living room! If you are looking for sweet home in Peachtree city, this is the one.

Jill and zchris have a great house! Nice open floor plan, clean and comfortable! Great location for shopping, restaurants and recreation! Golf cart was an added bonus/ enjoyed using with all of the great cart paths ! I would stay again !

Great location- nice home
We enjoyed our 10 day stay in peach tree city. The home was clean, open floor plan downstairs, master downstairs and nicely decorated The homes in the neighborhood are very close together- but privacy and noise was never a problem. Shopping center very close- walking/golf cart trails easily accessible. Enjoyed walking around lake peach tree - beautiful!

Chris and Jill are wonderful hosts and have an absolutely beautiful place. They were so accommodating to our last minute family emergency and offered us the best stay possible. The house is perfect, they have everything you’ll need including a golf cart that you can tour this beautiful golf cart community in. Perfect for a short or extended stay. Thank you again! We rented the villa after we sold our house and needed temporary housing. The living room is very spacious. Large flat screen TV. Good cable TV service. Updated bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. The location is perfect - central to everything in PTC. The bed in master bedroom is of excellent quality. Very comfortable. We are extending our stay!

Great Long-Term Stay!!
What a great experience we had staying at Peachtree Villa! We were there for 9 weeks working at Pinewood Studios, about a 15 minute drive away. There were 2 of us, with 2 cars. Plenty of space in the driveway without stacking the cars. The house was clean, cute, updated and comfortable! Nicely decorated and a nice neighborhood setting. Pictures are totally accurate. Master bed and bath downstairs on one side of the house. 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs on the other side of the house. So upstairs and downstairs accommodations are very private and exclusive from each other. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! And the owners are very responsive and helpful! Would totally stay here again!!
