"The property was nice and met our needs. The parking lot was large and allowed easy access with our luggage with the elevator ery close to the front desk and door. The only problem was when we arrived, we were asked if we wanted to pay for breakfast and I said yes. Ðispite having 4 people in the room, we were only charged for one breakfast and had to pay for the other 3 as we were leaving. A minor inconvenience but one that should have been avoided with a bit of commen sense. Breakfast was...

"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"this is a hotel i use frequently when driving through the area. its a perfect location for getting off the motorway and back on again the following day. Just a short drive to Troyes centre. there is a nice restaurant next door and a nice bakery too. i will stay here again next time im in the area "
