"The highest class hotel in Ostrava, but unfortunately the day of our visit during midnight there is out break of electricity, one of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!"

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "

"The reception is very friendly and efficient. Parking in front - free or in hotel car park- 50pln/night. Rooms are simple but ok - no fridge. Room was clean. Good breakfast Good location to town centre "

"Had a lovely stay at Hotel Maria, the staff were all lovely and welcoming, with excellent English. The location is great...10 min walk to the town square and some great pubs close by. The breakfast was a small but good selection of different items and I never left the breakfast room feeling hungry."

"The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning."

"When we arrived at 3 am receptionist was really friendly she gave us the key to our room,( room 13 ). The room was clean but very noisy. Rattling noises what's coming out of the walls we have to complain to change the room although the receptionist do know about this issue as she's aware why she didn't offer us another room to start with so we had to pack all our stuff again and move to a different room it actually ruined our night as we was only stopping to sleep and as everyone know you have...

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, auch durften wir früher einchecken als angegeben. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön renoviert, ordentlich ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Rattling noises what's coming out of the walls we have to complain to change the room although the receptionist do know about this issue as she's aware why she didn't offer us another room to start with so we had to pack all our stuff again and move to a different room it actually ruined our night as we was only stopping to sleep and as everyone know you have to check out by 11. In general the hotel is clean the breakfast was ok but not much varieties to offer So please everyone avoid Room 13 if you want to have a good sleep"
