If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "

"The property is located a short walk from the city center. It was convenient to park and easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was great. "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "
