Located in quaint Pawley's Island, SC, this beautiful oceanfront condominium is the perfect spot for a family vacation or couples getaway.

Enjoy your private oceanfront view of white sandy beaches, both outdoor and indoor pools with hot tubs and lazy river.

Along with pool and beach fun, you can enjoy such activities as golf, tennis and beautiful walking and bike trails. Five star restaurants abound as do places worth exploring such as Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and plantation tours. Only twenty minutes away, you can enjoy amusement style fun in well known Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom with its private balcony, king size bed and large HD t.v. opens up to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. The second bedroom and family room also have flat screen t.v.s with DVD players.

Best kept secret
Definitely one of my favorite vacations. The condo over looks the pool and the ocean view is breathtaking. So much to do in the area and the restaurants are so good. I am looking forward to making this a yearly vacation spot. Hosts are very responsive and quick. Thank you for such an awesome stay!! Everyone is so friendly at Bridgewater!!!

Awesome condo
This is a beautiful property in a lovely, gated community. Huge pool, lazy river and ON the beach. The condo has a big deck, clean, roomy and has everything you need for a perfect getaway! I would stay there many more times if available!

Great location in gated community. Fabulous view of the ocean, close proximity to the beach and incredible pool with a lazy River. We were very comfortable with the size. Would one back to this condo!!!

Great trip
We had a girls weekend and this was a great place to stay. The pictures are accurate and the view amazing. It was located close to everything. There was painting and remodeling but we never heard any noise and it didn’t intrude on our visit. The building was clean and quiet. Definitely would go back.

This condo was better then expected. Excellent location, big and spacious and very comfortable. Truly did not want to leave. The host was great to deal with and communicating with her was easy and prompt. Will decoy stay there again. Hopefully soon!

Pleasant, peaceful and restful get away. House supplies a pleasing find (loved the coffee and paper towels). Difficulty with door locking system (new to us) readily explained by owner over the phone. Overall a wonderful visit to Litchfield by the Sea.

Unfortunately construction was going on every week day from approximately 8-5. The noise was horrific, making it impossible to sleep in, have breakfast on the deck or take an afternoon nap.

Upon arrival, condo looked well appointed and taken care of, however, as our stay commenced, we noticed many problems i.e. dirty tub in master bath, broken faucet in master bath/only a trickle of water, broken toilet paper holder in master bath. Shower fan in the second bath inoperable due to loud scaping noise. Stove top burners looked as if they had never been cleaned underneath. Walls of the microwave appeared to have a greasy film. No dish clothes or dishwasher soap in kitchen. Given the location of this unit, we would have expected better.

Do NOT rent this place
My son and I arrived at the property after a multi-hour car trip encompassing two days, only to be told by the guard at the gate that we weren't "on the list" and therefore were not allowed inside. This, despite my showing the signed contract and rental agreement. They had to reach out to the owners for approval. Luckily, this did not take long, but if it had....we were stuck. It was downhill from there. Once in the property, I find it to be filthy and less than desirable. There are stains on the wall by the trash can in the kitchen. Like someone flung pasta sauce against the wall kind of stains. The microwave is rusted out around the edges, as is the refrigerator. The secondary bathroom toilet is emitting a ringing sound after I flush it, which doesn't stop unless I open the tank and mess with the valve. I go to check out the W/D, and find only one machine, which appears to be a washer. When I contact the owners, I am told it is a combination washer AND dryer, and that the instruction manual should be somewhere in the unit, though "at this point in the summer, it may have been lost". I finally find it, and although I'm a smart guy, it takes me quite a while to understand how to use it. As if I wanted to spend my vacation reading appliance manuals. Even so, I never can figure out how to stop a drying cycle and unlock the door, so I have to run the full cycle even if it's something for which I don't need the full cycle. And forget throwing another load in the laundry while one is drying. Can't do that with one machine. Topping that, the wash capacity is twice the drying capacity. The master bed doesn't come with a matching blanket, so you'll have to use two smaller blankets, overlapping, if two of you are in the bed, or else you each use your own blanket. If you like frozen drinks at the beach, bring your own blender. They don't supply one. There's a "guard" at the gate to the pool(which is also the gate to beach access). You aren't supposed to be allowed in unless you have a bracelet which is the correct color for that day. We weren't on that list either. I'm still wondering what those stains on the couch and chair were. I will not be renting this property again, and recommend that you consider your options before booking here.

Beautiful condo in a great location
We loved our stay! Condo was perfect for 5 nights for our family of four. We loved the view of the ocean and pool. Litchfield by the Sea facility was wonderful and the beach was just gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus. A few things to note, I would’ve appreciated a deadbolt lock on the door for added security, but gate security to enter property was nice to feel a bit safer. There was no shampoo, just bars of soap, so plan ahead. There were also no pool towels but tons of beach shops to purchase cheap ones nearby. Kitchen was fine, we didn’t cook much. Coffee pot was really nice, which I always appreciate in a rental home. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards provided. We hope to be back again soon! Thanks for the wonderful week at the beach.
