You also have access to the private beach club, which is located right on the beach and offers sunning decks, changing rooms, and restrooms.
The condo enjoys a prime location only a mile from the ocean and the nearest public beach access. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled to know there are many scenic hiking and biking trails. You are also within a short distance of shopping and dining in Litchfield and Pawleys Island. Other amazing local attractions include Huntington Beach State Park, Atalaya Castle, Brookgreen Gardens, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, The Pier At Garden City, Hudson's Surfside Flea Market, and Chocolate Chip & Company Band.
As you enter this bright, air-conditioned condo, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Attached to the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer, allowing you to pack as light as you want. The covered balcony provides you with a wonderful spot to dine alfresco and experience the outdoors without leaving your home away from home. The primary suite enjoys a TV and an en suite bath with a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

This vacation rental has a $15 per night resort fee, up to $210 per reservation. This is to offset wear-and-tear costs, develop new amenities, and support long-term planning of major improvements. The HOA imposes this fee and Vacasa will remit it to them.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
