"If you stay here, you are literally at the center of downtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff. You need to check in at 1661 down the road and they will store your bags on arrival/departure day. Wilber helped us out in many ways, sharing great information about dining options and things to do. He was extra accommodating which made our stay fantastic. "This over-garage apartment was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Walk out the door and you are at the private beach in less than 2 minutes. Lovely water views from the living room. Immaculate is an understatement for the cottage-it was beautiful, cozy and it is mind-boggling to me just how attentive, intuitive and thoughtful our host Debbie is. I cannot wait to return next September. Everything both inside and outside this property was great, including the beautiful fire pit under the harvest moon at night. "This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. "We had a great time and will definitely option for a return stay. The house fit our group of 23 comfortably. We enjoyed family dinners on the large picnic table and a nightly bonfire.
