"Let us check in early which was much appreciated after a 6am flight, room was exactly what we needed just as a base. Was a bit out of town though and hard to get to from airport without taxi/Uber, so bear that in mind."

"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance. "

"Our second time here and just as good as first. Clean comfortable (another couple of pillows would be great). Hot showers. Easy walk to town centre. Easy parking across road (you need to pay). Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."

"This was a fantastic set up with tram routes, supermarkets and play parks all within a 15 minute walk or less. The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were all clean and in perfect condition. Great value!"
