"Clean, friendly staff"

"We had a great stay here! We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room. Just FYI the 2 bedrooms are on the ends of the buildings so if you want an ocean view, you'd want a 1 bedroom. We were on floor 1 so our lanai extended out to a nice grass area with a cute path directly to the pool. The only issue we encountered was our fridge was dripping water inside. There is no AC but we were given 3 fans prior to our arrival. With the stand fans, ceiling fans and windows cracked, you don't notice no AC! We had two kids with us and they enjoyed having access to the free storage closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. When we checked in, it was rather late and the office staff leave at 7pm. We were greeted by a very nice security guard, Mike. (i believe was his name) he helped us get checked in, showed us our parking spot, took us to our door and helped with luggage. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back :)"

"Amazing amenities and staff"

"This was a relaxing vacation for husband and I. As there were a few corporate meetings/events being hosted at hotel..it never consumed areas or staff. The remodeled lobby is beautiful. The suite room was also remodeled and just as stunning. All adults pool is nice and walking path along the beach is spectacular! Our trip was in late April, weather was 75-80. Dining experience at each of the three restaurants was terrific! Many other restaurants near by the staff will assist you with a ride. Looking forward to visiting the property again. Oh, they lent us golf clubs for free! "

"The property and the managing group were great. On arrival we went to the address advised by Expedia only to find out that check in is a 10 minute drive away in a completely different location. After flying 12+ hours this was the last thing we needed, it was extremely stressful on members of the group (we booked 4 units) and was a very complicated and inconvenient problem to fix. The check in details need to be included as once we got to where we needed to go (yet another taxi) and then got back the place itself was great."

"My husband and I were fortunate to stay at the little bungalow that John offers. We found that it was very private feeling even with a couple other rentals close by. John’s as very friendly and attentive. We did not need much but he was there quick when we did. He takes great care of the property as well. It is perfect for 2 people. If we had little kids the porch would have been great for them or us to sleep. But as it sits for privacy it should be 2 people. "

"I had a bit of misunderstanding with the room I booked vs the room I received when I arrived however Nilza moved mountains to make sure I had the room I booked before too long and made my stay a pleasant one to say the least. The grounds are well kept and the beach is lovely. "
